I’m back, after an exclusive one month tour of Europe, Scandinavia, and…no, that’s not true. In fact, I’ve just been really busy, and haven’t had a chance to finish this episode up and send it out on the feed. Bad me, I know. So, we skipped September in the podcast…I’ll try to make it up to you all.
Here is episode 20, the second and final part of my first night flight around the Phoenix area. As I said in the audio, I really enjoyed this flight a lot. Now that I have my license, I need to do some more night flying.
Enjoy the episode, and by all means, let me know what you think of the podcast.

Hey Bill GREAT episodes. I really loved these two tour de phoenix podcasts. So much in fact that I actually flew your route in Flight Sim. Not exactly the same I know, but it was fun. I have not commented or visited the site in a while, but you deserve a few shout outs for sure.
I have been listening since episode one and its been a real pleasure to listen to your journey of becoming a private pilot. Every episode is edited to perfection, clear, detailed and very professional. The in-cockpit audio is always great and is what makes this so real and exciting to listen to. I always feel like I’m there in the back seat with you and Larry during my commute to work. I myself have not started training yet, but I will soon. Besides reading the AIM/FAR all day and visiting AOPA.org I have taken a few discovery flights and gone up with a buddy who is a CFI, but that’s all as of now.
I know myself and many others really enjoy the podcast. Also, I subscribe to AOPA flight training and I never got to say congratulations on your feature in there. I saw that over the summer and thought it was just awesome to get such a great review. So keep up the great work! Your friend from the Northeast,
Just found your blog via Greg Hughes’s coordinated flight blog. I’m listening to your podcasts starting at episode #1!
I can’t get enough of this type of stuff!
Awesome! I’m glad you guys are enjoying the casts. Evidently, my website stopped notifying me when I got comments…so I didn’t even see these until tonight, so sorry about the delay in responding.
Tailwinds…
Bill~
