About the ‘Cast

The Student Pilot Cast came about simply because of my love of flying, and my desire to record the events of finally getting my private pilot certificate.  I have enjoyed listening, watching, and reading much of the other content that aviators and enthusiasts have published on the Internet.  I frequently listen to the PilotCast, The Finer Points, The Pilot Flight PodLog by Will Hawkins, Uncontrolled Airspace, Fly with Me, and other aviation related podcasts while I’m driving or working out, etc.  I have often wanted to be able to listen to the happenings of students as well, and while there are several blogs that do this, I hadn’t found audiocasts that did this (since then I’ve discovered several, inlcuding Will’s old podcast, the Student Pilot Flight PodLog, and Greg’s awesome video cast, The Student Pilot Journal).  Because I am in a position to do this, I thought I would share with others what I would have liked myself, and add to all of the wonderful content already out there.

Who am I?
